One of these will be reserved for the pharma industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Ministry of Health has been asked to prepare an immediate action plan to finalize the project after the pre-feasibility study.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The initiative is aimed at attracting foreign investment including from China in the pharma industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The government is also working on a proposal to deregulate the prices of medical products to attract investment in the pharma industry.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Islamabad : Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) is considering setting up a Pharma Economic Zone to promote medical tourism and attract investment in the pharmaceutical industry.
