Islamabad   (Reporter) :  Pakistan\u2019s Noor Zaman and Muhammad Asim Khan palyed men\u2019s event final of the Chief of the Air Staff-Serena Hotels International Squash Championship to be held at Mushaf Squash Complex. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile in the men\u2019s event finals played between Noor Zaman outplayed Asim Khan, \u00a0Noor Zaman (PAK) bt Muhammad Asim Khan (PAK) 11-8, 8-2, retired hurt (18 min).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However in the women final event, Amina el Rihany (EGY)  bt Nadien Elhammamy (EGY) 13-15, 11-3, 11-7, 11-7 (48 min).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The tournament saw among the players from Pakistan, Malaysia, Egypt, Hongkong and Spain. In the Men’s final, Noor Zaman ranked 112 in the world, secured victory with an impressive performance against the runner-up Asim khan who held the 72 in world ranking. In the Ladies final Amina El Rihanny from Egypt played against Nadien El Hammamy and won the title of Women\u2019s Squash Championship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Guest of Honor at the closing ceremony was the Air Marshal Irfan Ahmed Hilal-i-Imtiaz (Military), who expressed gratitude to Serena Hotels for hosting the International Squash Championship. PSF Secretary Amir Nawaz commended and acknowledged the steadfast support of Serena Hotels in fostering sports development in Pakistan. He also extended congratulations and appreciation to the players from around the world for their participation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
