PM arrived at the Iranian Embassy and express grief over death of Iranian President

Islamabad  :  H.E. Mohammad Shahbaz Sharif, Honourable Prime Minster of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, along with a delegation of high-ranking Pakistani officials attended at the embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran to express sympathy and condolences to the government and people of Islamic Republic of Iran in consequent to the martyrdom of President Seyed Ebrahim Raisi, FM Hussain Amirabdollahian and their companion.

I am deeply shocked and saddened by the tragic news of the martyrdom of my brother, President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Hossein Amir Abdullah, in a helicopter crash said  Prime Minister.

Prime Minister express our heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families and the people of the Islamic Republic of Iran in this time of sorrow and grief. All our sympathies and prayers are with the families of the martyrs and the people of Iran,  Prime Minister said.

Iranian Ambassador to Pakistan Raza Amiri thanked Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and the Pakistani nation for standing with Iran in this difficult time.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif also entered words of condolence in the visitor’s book of the embassy in honor of the Iranian president.
