Islamabad – In a continuation of its annual tradition of generosity, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has once again extended a heartfelt gift to the people of Pakistan. Under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Saudi government has gifted 100 tons of dates to Pakistan, symbolizing goodwill and the spirit of solidarity.
A formal handover ceremony was held at the Royal Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Islamabad. His Excellency Ambassador Nawaf Bin Said Al-Maliki, with Mr. Abdullah Al-Baqami, Director of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid & Relief Centre (KSrelief) Pakistan, officially presented the consignment to Brig. Alamgeer Ayub, Director General Military Wing, Cabinet Division, Government of Pakistan.
This generous donation underscores the enduring bonds of friendship and brotherhood shared by Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. It reflects the deep-rooted values of generosity and mutual support that characterize the relationship between the two nations.
