Muzaffarabad : Pasban-e-Hurriyat Jammu and Kashmir condemned the sale of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJ&K) land to Marashtra government.
Chairman Uzair Ahmed Ghazali has said that the provision of land for Maharashtra House in IIOJ&K is a direct attack on the Muslims and their identity.
He said that puppet administration of Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, who is in charge of the IIOJ&K allowed illegal activity of selling the land of an internationally recognised disputed region.
“The move to sell land to the ruling party Shiv Saina of Maharashtra state is actually the formal launch of the neo-demographic Hindutva conspiracy plan”, he maintained.
“The Bharatiya Janata Party government under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi has declared war against the Muslim identity of Jammu and Kashmir and unity of the state”, he lamented.
He said that the Indian government has followed the same path of Israel by occupying the lands of people of Jammu and Kashmir.
He further said that the Government of India has already illegally issued state domiciles to thousands of Indian citizens and civil lands are being encroached.
“All legislative powers have been taken away from the Kashmiri people, names associated with Islamic history, culture and civilization have been changed”, he added.
“130 million people are being taken hostage at gunpoint and their state is being taken away from them”, Ghazali said.
He said that thousands of Kashmiri citizens have been imprisoned under the worst black laws while restrictions are being imposed on Kashmiri organizations that stood up against the nefarious ambitions of the Bharatiya Janata Party.
He cautioned that the sale of Kashmiri land for Maharashtra House has provided regular hideouts to Hindu extremist terrorist organizations like Shiv Sena in the occupied state.
Uzair said that Indian rulers are planning to usurp Kashmir like Palestine by providing lands to Indian soldiers, terrorist organizations and industrialists in Kashmir as part of a systematic conspiracy.
He said that Narendra Modi is trying to test the imperialist tactics of Israel’s Prime Minister Netanyahu in Jammu and Kashmir.
Chairman Pasban-e-Hurriyat Uzair Ahmed Ghazali appealed the Kashmiri people to unite as a nation against the conspiracies of the cruel rulers of India to protect their homeland.
He also demanded the government of Pakistan to take immediate and effective steps to stop the conspiracies of the Indian rulers in IIOJ&K.
Chairman also demanded the international community to take notice of the illegal activities of the Indian government in South Asia and play their role to stop Indian actions in the disputed state of Jammu and Kashmir.
