SUKKUR. Pakistan Muslim League (Q) Sindh President Muhammad Tariq Hassan welcomed National Students’ Federation and Minority Wing leader Riyaz Nawab into the party, praising the Muslim League’s legacy of national unity and inclusivity.
Tariq Hassan emphasized that the party, under Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain’s leadership, values patriotism and respects individuals from all backgrounds. He expressed sadness over the public’s dwindling trust in leadership but hoped that the Muslim League’s commitment to the people would restore faith.
Riyaz Nawab, the new entrant, pledged to activate and organize the minority wing in Sindh, particularly in Karachi, to advocate for the community’s rights. Muhammad Sadiq Shaikh, Information Secretary of PML-Q Sindh, welcomed Riaz Nawab’s joining, stating that it would strengthen the party.
This development marks a significant step towards empowering the minority community and promoting inclusivity in the political landscape.
