Sara Mansoor First Pakistani Woman to attain ITF Level-3 Tennis Coaching Certification

Islamabad :  Sara Mansoor, former Pakistan’s No.1 tennis player, has become the first Pakistani woman to attain the prestigious ITF Level-3 coaching certification. This certification is the highest level offered by the International Tennis Federation (ITF).

Sara earned her ITF Level-3 Coach certification after successfully completing the online module and then face-to-face held in Valencia, Spain, from 7th June to 20th June 2024. Her participation in the course was made possible through a scholarship provided by the Olympic Solidarity (OS) and the Pakistan Olympic Association (POA).

Mr Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi, President-PTF, extended his heartfelt congratulations to Sara, acknowledging her hard work and dedication in achieving this significant milestone. “Sara’s success is a huge step forward for women’s tennis in Pakistan,” said Mr. Qureshi.

Col. Zia-ud-din Tufail, Secretary General-PTF, also praised Sara for her outstanding achievement, recognizing the positive impact her success will have in the future for women’s tennis in the country.

Sara Mansoor stated ‘I am very happy and excited to become the first Pakistani woman to achieve the ITF’s highest coaching level. It was not easy, but I thank Allah for giving me the strength to accomplish this.
