ITC Pakistan Expands Community Access to First Aid Training

ISLAMABAD – The International Training Center (ITC) in Islamabad has announced an expanded portfolio of American Heart Association-certified CPR and First Aid training programs, designed to strengthen community readiness for medical emergencies. This initiative aims to equip individuals from diverse backgrounds with the essential skills needed to provide immediate assistance in emergencies, ultimately enhancing the survival chances of those in critical need.

This emphasis on immediate response is central to ITC’s mission to empower community members with practical and lifesaving skills.

ITC’s comprehensive programs are open to both the general public and healthcare professionals, covering several key areas:

Basic Life Support (BLS): ITC’s BLS course delivers training in CPR, AED use, and essential life support protocols, empowering participants to handle cardiac arrests and similar emergencies with confidence.

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS): Targeted at healthcare providers, the ACLS program focuses on advanced cardiovascular emergency techniques and collaborative resuscitation practices.

Heartsaver Community Courses: This series includes Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED, Heartsaver CPR AED, and Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid. These courses prepare participants to respond to emergencies that may occur in homes, workplaces, or schools.

Through expert-led instruction, hands-on practice, and realistic simulations, ITC ensures that participants gain both a thorough understanding of lifesaving techniques and the confidence to apply them effectively.
