Moscow : Russian President Vladimir Putin has congratulated Donald Trump on winning the U.S presidential election.
Speaking at the Valdai discussion club in the Black Sea resort of Sochi, he said Moscow is ready for dialogue with the Republican president-elect.
Mr Trump won a decisive victory in the 2024 election – comfortably clearing the 270 Electoral College votes needed to secure the presidency and clinching five battleground states.
