GENEVA : The United Nations agency for Palestinian refugees (UNRWA) has warned of an imminent famine in the northern Gaza Strip.
According to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency statement for Palestine Refugees called for immediate action within days to avert and alleviate this catastrophic situation.
It further said that immediate, safe and unimpeded humanitarian access and a ceasefire now are needed more than ever.
