Manchester : We will kick off our FA Cup campaign with a home third-round tie against Manchester United after the two teams were paired together in tonight’s draw.
Our quest to lift club football’s most famous trophy for the 15th time in our history will begin against the Red Devils at Emirates Stadium, whom we face in Premier League action night now under the management of new boss Ruben Amorim.
We last faced off in the competition back in January 2019, which was the 16th match between the sides in the competition’s history including the 1979 and 2005 finals which we won.
Third-round ties will take place across the weekend of Saturday, January 11 and Sunday, January 12, with the date and kick-off time of our fixture to be announced in due course.
