Ahsan Iqbal lays foundation stone of link road Sialkot Phatak at Narowal

Narowal: Federal Minister for Planning, Development and Special Initiatives Ahsan Iqbal inaugurated the project of construction of link road from railway station to Sialkot phatak. The total length of the road is 1.54 km and the project will cost 200 million. The project will be completed in a period of five months. The project includes road construction and widening and improvement of sewerage system.
The construction of the road will solve the traffic problem in the vicinity of Narowal Railway Station.
The construction of the project will also facilitate the access of Sikh pilgrims to Kartarpur. The project will increase employment opportunities and commercial activities in the area.

Speaking to the media after the speech, Federal Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal said that the leadership of PTI is involved in serious crimes of defaming the country’s security institutions and attacking military installations. It does not allow them to name the attack on their state institutions as protest, the minister asserted. “America does not condone such serious crimes, neither does Britain, nor does any civilized country allow this”, stated the minister.

In response to a question, the federal minister said that this project will increase commercial activities in Narowal and bring prosperity to the area.
