On October 11, 2023, Pakistan’s Caretaker Foreign Minister Jalil Abbas Jilani held a meeting with Khusrav Noziri, the Secretary General of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO), in Shusha, Azerbaijan, during the ECO Ministerial meeting. During the meeting, the Foreign Minister reaffirmed Pakistan’s dedication to the vision, goals, and objectives of the ECO. The Secretary General, in response, expressed his admiration for Pakistan’s efforts in advancing development and connectivity in the region.
