Murtaza Hashwani, a well-known businessman and the Chief Executive Officer of Pakistan Services Limited, held a meeting with Caretaker Prime Minister Anwarul Haq Kakar. During their discussion, Hashwani expressed his appreciation for the Prime Minister’s effective efforts in stabilizing the country’s economy.
The main focus of their conversation was on fully capitalizing on Pakistan’s business potential. Hashwani proposed the idea of forming a collaborative business partnership between the country’s business community and the government, facilitated through the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC).
Prime Minister Kakar emphasized the substantial tourism prospects within the region that stretches from Khunjarab Pass to Swat. He believed that significant developments could take place in the tourism sector in this area through cooperation between Pakistani businesses and Chinese partners.
Furthermore, the meeting delved into the potential of utilizing government-owned properties in strategic locations for business activities through partnerships between the public and private sectors.
