Lahore : Thailand’s emerging women’s cricket team is playing on Pakistani soil for the first time.
Ambassador Chakrid and the Royal Thai Embassy team in Islamabad were excited to cheer on the Thai women’s cricket team in a friendly match between the Thai and Pakistani teams at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore and organized a feast with the players.
The Embassy and the Thai Cricket Team are touched and grateful for the warm welcome from our Pakistani friends. Thailand is determined to further develop the team’s skills so that it can compete with teams from other countries.
