Chairman Senate Extends Condolences to Libya Over Recent Flooding Tragedy

Islamabad : Chairman Senate Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani has expressed deep sorrow and consolation in response to the devastating loss of lives and property resulting from the recent floods in Libya.

“In this time of great distress, the people and government of Pakistan stand firmly in solidarity with our Libyan brothers and sisters. May Allah grant protection to all affected by this sudden natural calamity.” Chairman Senate remarked.

He also expended his heartfelt prayers to the families of those who have tragically lost their lives in the floods and to those facing the arduous task of rebuilding their lives in the aftermath of this disaster.

Chairman Senate also highlighted the global environmental challenges, emphasizing the need for international cooperation to combat climate change.

Deputy Chairman Senate Mirza Muhammad Afridi, Leader of the House in the Senate Senator Ishaq Dar, and Leader of the Opposition Senator Dr. Shahzad Wasim have also expressed their profound condolences and sympathy for the loss of lives and property caused by the devastating floods in Libya.
They also extended their prayers for the elevated status of those who have lost their lives and for the swift recovery of the injured.
