Materialising dream of establishment of Punjab university Potohar campus: a milestone to provide quality education to people of Gujar Khan
Islamabad ; Hon. Speaker National Assembly Raja Pervez Ashraf, as Chief Guest, inaugurated the inception of classes of Punjab University, Potohar Campus and graced the stage set for the 1st Orientation Ceremony of the University of the Punjab, Potohar Campus in Gujar Khan.
The ceremony witnessed participation from the Chairman of Higher Education Commission, Higher Management of Punjab University, Esteemed Educationists and Academics from Gujar Khan and all across Pakistan, the responsible and jubilant civil society of Gujar Khan and especially the event was graced by the youth of Gujar Khan.
NA Speaker expressed gratitude to Chairman HEC Dr. Mukhtar Ahmed, Vice Chancellor Punjab University Dr. Khalid Mehmood, Higher Management of Punjab University, Officers and Officials of Punjab Government and the civil society of Gujar Khan for the effective facilitation and cooperation extended for the establishment of Potohar Campus and stated, “This campus will benefit the youth exponentially and the positive outcomes that will result from this campus shall be reaped by many generations to come”.
Later during an exchange of laurels, NA Speaker was cordially invited to present laurels to the Officers and Officials who facilitated and played a positive role in the creation of Potohar Campus of Punjab University and in return received immense praise and laurels as well.
