ISLAMABAD : Following her valiant efforts to save a woman from a violent mob at Lahore’s Achhra Market, ASP Syeda Shehrbano Naqvi and her family will receive a royal visit from Saudi Arabia’s ambassador to Pakistan, Nawaf bin Said Al-Malki.
During their encounter at the Saudi embassy, when the ambassador received the courageous police officer, the diplomat reportedly informed ASP Syeda Shehrbano this, according to a source.
Nawaf bin Said Al-Malki praised the police officer’s bravery and assured her that the Saudi government will cover the cost of her family’s royal visit to Saudi Arabia.
He praised the ASP for her professional and selfless defusing of a potentially explosive scenario.
