A full session of the Supreme Court, presided over by Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faez Isa, has reconvened to consider petitions challenging the Supreme Court Practice and Procedure Act.
At the start of the proceedings, Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faez Isa stated that the court will make every effort to conclude the hearing of the case on the same day. However, he also noted that if the legal counsels wish to do so, they may submit written arguments for further consideration.
