During the current year, Pakistan Baitul-Mal has provided assistance to around 11.62 million people in need.
This was said in an interview with APP by Malik Amir Fida Paracha, managing director of Pakistan Baitul-Mal.
According to him, Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal organized more than 68 000 educational scholarships and gave 250 people financial assistance for medical care.
He claimed that Pakistan Baitul-Mal provides orphans with accommodation and educational opportunities through Sweet Homes in a number of the nation’s cities.
