Chinese Company Shows Keen Interest in Investing in Pakistan’s Copper and Steel Industry

In a significant development for Pakistan’s economic growth, the Chinese company Amer International has expressed a strong desire to invest in the country’s copper and steel industry. This interest was conveyed by Chairman Amer International, Wang Wenyin, during a meeting with Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar in Beijing today.

Prime Minister Kakar warmly welcomed Amer International’s enthusiasm for investing in Pakistan. He also informed Chairman Wang Wenyin about the Special Investment Facilitation Council, which is aimed at streamlining and simplifying the investment process in the mining and minerals sector. The Council provides a one-window operation facility to facilitate and attract investment in this vital sector.
