Islamabad : ITF Pakistan Juniors Leg-1, 4th to 11th November-2023
The Pakistan Tennis Federation is pleased to inform you that the ITF Pakistan Juniors Leg-1 Tennis Championships -2023 concluded at PTF-SDA Tennis Complex.
A Large number of junior tennis players boys and girls from, Pakistan, Turkey, South Korea, Singapore, Australia, Thailand, Kazakhstan, Japan, Russia, Uzbekistan and Sri Lanka are participating in the championships.
In the Boys Singles Finals, Kamonpanyakorn Thadapong(THA) beat Yoshito Oda (JPN) 6-4,6-1 and won the Championships.
In the Girl’s Singles Final, Saajida Razick (SRI) beat Viktoriia Sedova (RUS) 6-4,2-6,6-2 and won the Championships.
HE Yerzhan Kistafin Ambassador Of Kazakhstan to Pakistan was the Chief Guest at the Closing Ceremony. The closing ceremony was also attended by Mr Saeed Ahmad Khan SVP-PTF, Col. Gul Rehman[R] Secretary-General-PTF, and a large number of players, Coaches, parents and tennis lovers.
The President –PTF Senator Salim Saifullah Khan, in a message, appreciated the efforts of the PTF Management for conducting the event in a befitting manner. The President PTF thanked the Print media for the wide coverage of the event and Islamabad Police for the Security Coverage.
The main draw matches of the 2nd leg will commence on Monday 13th November,2023.
